Cuddly Bear Child Care Centre and Kindergarten offers a range of fees to suit the needs of our families. Families are required to complete the online Child Care Subsidy assessment via myGov website prior to starting at the Centre. This will determine your eligibility and level of Child Care Subsidy entitlement.
On enrolment, CRN of the person linked with the child will be needed, as well as the child’s CRN. This is required so that we can confirm register attendance and ensure that you are receiving the appropriate subsidy. Cuddly Bear Childcare does provide families with a holiday rate if notice of holidays is given TWO weeks prior to the holidays and will only be for full weeks.
Fees can be paid via the following methods:
A holding bond of one weeks worth of fees per family is payable once a place becomes available, to confirm your child’s place. On commencement at the Centre each family must ensure that their fees remain one week in advance.
No place will be confirmed and held until the weeks worth of fees bond per family is received.
Cooling off period
If you decide to cancel your child’s position within 48 hours of bond & fees payment, you will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. If you decide to cancel the position after 48 hours of bond & fees payment, no refund will be provided.
Child Care Subsidy is a means-tested subsidy paid directly to the Centre as a fee reduction. There are 3 factors that will determine a family’s level of Child Care Subsidy, which include:
Transitioning to Child Care Subsidy requires families to provide information and confirm current details by using your Centrelink online account through myGov. Here you will be asked to provide your combined family income estimate for the financial year, hours of recognised activity including work, training, study and volunteering and the type of child care your family uses.
There will be no fees to join the waiting list therefore you are welcome to do so by filling out the form below.
However, there is no certain timeframe that we can provide you as our availability depends on each of our current family's circumstances.
