 In order to create a calm, settled environment for the children, we aim to build strong and trusting relationships with children and their families. This is supported through educators creating a deep understanding of children's individual routines and needs, allowing them to be responsive to children's cues. Communication through a variety of platforms, is essential for this to occur.  It's not until all of these processes are in place, that children feel safe, secure and supported, within their care environment. 

Our environments are created with a deep understanding of children's developmental needs and interests, promoting an environment which sparks curiosity, wonder and engagement, through the use of open-ended resources. The use of natural and heuristic materials is embedded within our program, allowing children to develop a deep appreciation and respect for our natural world. An educator will always be close by to scaffold, support and guide children in their learning journey!
