Adline

Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood) and Advanced Diploma of the Community Sector

Adline has been a part of the Early Childhood industry for the last 30 years. Prior to this, Adline has experience teaching overseas, as well as working within the welfare industry where she supported vulnerable people within the community. Adline is often seen floating around our service and provides us all with the warmth that a mother provides. 

Joseph

Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Certificate III of Early Childhood Education

 Joseph has a wealth of business knowledge behind him. Joseph has supported the business with developing clear structures and processes, which have enabled all aspects of the service to then succeed. Joseph's kind, caring and professional approach has equipped our staff with the skills to enhance their own professional practice, through carefully considered mentoring and guidance. 

Cheyana

Diploma of Children's Services. Working towards Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood & Primary)  

Chey has been contributing her passions and knowledge in the early childhood sector for the last 10 years. She has previously held the positions of lead educator, educational leader and assistant director. Chey’s new role combines her ‘Educational Lead’ function as well as lead day-to-day operations.   Chey regularly performs to a very high standard, and this new role recognises her competence and positive work attitude, where she is able to lead the team on a journey to excellence. 

Hannah

Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood)

 Hannah is an early childhood education professional with over 15 years in the sector, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills. She holds a Quality Area 7 – Leadership and Governance Training certificate, reflecting a solid understanding of effective leadership practices and compliance within the National Quality Framework. Hannahs knowledge on compliance supports Cuddly Bears commitment to child safety and ensuring a safe environment for all members in our community.
 

Ellie

Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood). Working towards Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood)  

 For the last 10 years, Ellie has demonstrated an unquestionable passion for early learning. In particular, her love for learning environments and making learning visible. This passion for early education has allowed her to hold lead teaching roles and now most recently, move into the educational leader role. Ellie's innate ability to establish meaningful connections with children, families and staff has supported her to mentor the team to exceeding standards!
