Ensuring that children feel safe, secure and supported, is the number one priority within the Tiny Tots classroom. In order to achieve this, our educators ensure that they are responsive to children's needs and wants throughout the day. Our classroom program is also reflective of this, through the promotion inclusive practice. This is achieved through the implementation of AUSLAN and key word sign, ensuring that all children feel seen and heard.
In addition to this, establishing respectful relationships with our families, allows us to plan for children's learning and development in a more holistic way. Children's learning and development is exercised within a play-based environment, where children are seen as confident and capable beings.
